Confirm the pattern before you buy a barrel. "AR-10" is not one standard. This set is DPMS pattern; an Armalite-pattern barrel extension, handguard or bolt will not drop in. Check what your barrel and bolt are cut for.
What is not included. A receiver set is a foundation, not a rifle. You still need a barrel, a bolt carrier group, upper and lower parts kits, and a stock or brace assembly to finish the build.
