Rail Mounting Hardware — AR-15 / AR-10
Replacement clamp blocks and screws for CMT free-float handguards. Fits AR-15 and AR-10 rails.
Limit 10 per order.
Part no. CMT-RAIL-HW-SET
The clamp hardware that holds a CMT free-float handguard onto its barrel nut: the clamp blocks and the socket-head screws that draw them up. Sold as a set for anyone who has lost a screw, rounded one out, or is moving a rail between builds.
Torque matters here. These screws hold the rail's alignment, not just the rail. Draw them up evenly, a little at a time, alternating between them, and stop at the figure in your rail's instructions. Over-torquing distorts the clamp and can leave the top rail out of plane with the receiver, which will show up the first time you zero an optic.
Fitment
- CMT UHPR, HDM, DRT and TANO free-float handguards
- AR-15 and AR-10 rails — the clamp hardware is common to both
- Use a thread locker rated for removable fasteners
Check the fit before you buy. Replacement hardware has to match the part it is going into. Installed or modified parts cannot be returned.
